We have prepared this Refund & Return Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the methods in which you can require a refund, a return or a change of product, if applicable.

BECAUSE YOU HAVE 12 HOURS SINCE THE ORDER FOR ANY RELATED REQUESTS SUCH AS SIZE EDIT OR EVEN CANCEL, EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT IS ACCEPTED ONLY IN CASES OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS. OTHER CASES RELATED TO THE WRONG SIZE, WRONG STYLES CAUSED BY WRONG CHOOSING FROM CUSTOMER, IN CASE YOU WANT TO ORDER A NEW REPLACE ONE, WE WILL SUPPORT BY OFFERING YOU A DISCOUNT CODE OF 20% (EXCLUDING SHIPPING FEE). WE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND CO-OPERATION.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer returns on any products that you may buy, no matter the quantity.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS
If you have indeed received the wrong sizes or styles against your order, first and foremost, we want to apologize for such inconvenience. Please contact us at [email protected]kankeweb.com and we will provide you with the returning-address, we will be very happy to replace you with the new items as your request. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.Please note that customers will have to pay the shipping fee for sending items back to our warehouse.

REFUNDS
In case of damaged/defective items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items.

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.  
  2. Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]kankeweb.com.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.

2.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
